hi all, i'm new to sample creation and i've been making a Decent Sampler instrument that has unique samples whenever a note is released. i've had success in getting the actual samples themselves to play using the "trigger" attribute but i noticed that the samples, upon being triggered, don't match the volume of the note that triggered them. when a note is played softly (i.e. the velocity is low) and then released the release sample just plays at (i believe?) full volume.
is there any way to match the release samples' volumes to the notes that triggered them or should i just forget about velocity entirely?
