Decent Sampler seems to be a massive CPU hog on my system. Even with just one piano instrument installed and nothing else running I am getting red spikes on the Logic CPU meter and big overload glitches and dropouts. I've tried increasing the buffer sliders in Preferences but seems to make no difference. My Mac is pretty old, but I can run songs with complex multi instances of Kontakt instruments without a problem. Any advice?
