Hey Decent Samples

As a producer can I release commercial songs that have pianos, violin parts etc. made using the Decent Sampler in them? To phrase it differently, is Decent Sampler royalty free to use in commercial projects?

BTW thanks for all that you have done for us none-Kontakt-using swine jk. :)

Licensing depends on the libraries you are using. Anything that you download within the Decent Sampler plugin or from the Decent Samples site can absolutely be used for commercial purposes (many people are doing this already). Also, anything you download from Pianobook is subject to Pianobook's agreement (which is also similar).

As for libraries obtained elsewhere, it's up to the individual sample library creators to set their terms.
