Yellow, a Meinl KA9-M Rubberwood Kalimba, delivers a warm and cozy sound with a pleasant metallic pluck. Brown, a Meinl Sapele Kalimba, offers a calm, neutral tone with a subtler pluck. Harald, a Hugh Tracey Kalimba, stands out with its pronounced pluck that highlights the Kalimba character.
Each kalimba in this collection also features a specially EQ’d muffled pluck version, designed to soften the attack and bring out the gentle, melodic qualities of the instrument.
